Remodel & Large Projects

  • Our large project process starts with an introductory conversation via phone or email. We get to know each other briefly and begin the collaborative process. Pictures of the existing area and any inspiration images are exchanged.

  • Next we provide a ballpark estimate and begin discussing project scope in broad strokes.

  • Then we schedule an onsite consultation. Here we take all required measurements and provide you with a detailed estimate with an exact price. A consultation fee is typically collected commensurate with the scope of the project. 

  • When everyone is on the same page we set a start date and make the magic happen!

Handy Man / Small Job Pricing

Upstream Home provides handyman service calls at a flat hourly rate.

The service call rate is $250 and covers up to 2 hours of technician time. Each additional hour is billed at $100/hour (pricing option for a 2-man crew is $150/hour).
